UX/UI Designer Intern - Customization Team

The Role

The ideal candidate will work with the Customization team in the Digital services area and will work in close collaboration with Software developers, Community Managers and the Smart Integrated Design team. In this role you'll be shaping new features of our digital products from concept to user acceptance tests.

 

Main activities

• Identifying new features through discovery and validation process, data analysis and design experiment.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to support the discovery phase.
• Executing all UX and UI design phases.
• Interacting with the software development team to provide guidelines and features insight.
• Actively supporting user acceptance tests.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's or graduate degree in Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design or related education.

 

Skills/competencies

• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Creation and management of Design Systems, pattern libraries and style guides.
• Ability to define Personas and create Use Cases Proficiency in responsive design, visual hierarchy, and iconography.
• Proficiency in ensuring designs meet accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with developers to ensure an efficient and high quality build Knowledge of Adobe CC Suite; specifically XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and UX prototyping.
• Working as part of a team split across multiple locations.

 Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in Interaction Design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/React Native.
• Knowledge in data visualisation and motion design
• Knowledge: Investigate and identify, through ad hoc analysis, specific users needs and requirements to enhance digital experience coherently with Brand strategy and positioning Design of specific and customized components for online platforms and Mobile Apps.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale.
• Assessment and optimization of current Brand's UX/UI to enhance user journey.

• Comfortable working with different cultures and languages.
• Resilient and able to change the course of projects as required.
