The Role:

Planet Smart City is looking for a Team Assistant who will provide support to the C-levels, based in the London office.

Planet Smart City is a very dynamic, fast-growing, fast-paced company with a multicultural environment and different lines of business: residential Real Estate, Proptech, Advisory and Digital Services.

A successful candidate for this Team Assistant role would have mental agility, excellent communication skills, time management and the ability to maintain multiple diaries. Quick at processing expenses, and skilled at working as part of a team with confidence and diplomacy, with a penchant for building relationships based on trust.

There will be great exposure to all intricacies of the business, and therefore it would be a great learning of opportunity in a front-office capacity.




·       You will be supporting the Chiefs and relative lines of report in their daily corporate activities and in their relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Diary, email and team activities' management, both on and off-line.

·       General accounting; expense processing.

·       Document and presentation production.

·       Travel arrangements, including drafting correspondence, agendas, events, etc.



·       Proven strong secretarial experience, preferably working within a fast-paced scale-up environment, where no day is the same.

·       Strong organisational skills and confidence in meeting the frequent demands of a fast-paced role with the understanding that strong communication with those you will be supporting is fundamental.

·       At least two years' previous secretarial experience.




·       Excellent administration skills.

·       Numerically skilled and able to process expenses efficiently.

·       Very strong attention to detail.

·       Mother-tongue English language.

·       Good at PowerPoint and Excel presentations.

·       Ability to multi-task.

·       Ability to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.

·       Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written).

·       Good project/account management skills.

·       Ability to embed yourself within the business to understand the Company's strategy, direction and approach.

·       Ability to quickly build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Whilst not necessary, an additional language (Italian/Portuguese/Spanish) would be useful.
